In Focus: Should the identities of Level 1 sex offenders be published? All privacy is forfeited

September 15, 2013

I believe every level of sex offender should be published and made public. Any person who has committed a sexual offense on another person has lost their right to privacy.

I believe our governing bodies should increase the penalties on sex offenders. Offenders have invaded the privacy of their victims and scarred them. Why should our society attempt to protect their identities?
