Walla Walla engineers help with Colorado flood

Three Army Corps of Engineers employees in Walla Walla are providing emergency power assistance in areas of Colorado hit by severe floods.

All three are at the Federal Emergency Management Agency's emergency operations center at Buckley Air Force Base at Aurora, Colo.

Danielle Stephens, a structural engineer and the Walla Walla District's design section chief, is serving as an action officer.

Chad Rhynard, an electrical engineer and the district's electrical engineering section chief, is serving as a mission manager.

Katie Goodwin, an administrative officer, is serving as a mission specialist.
