Hanford in '40s topic of Richland historian's talk

"Hanford in the 1940s -- An Evening of Stories" is planned at 6 p.m. Tuesday in Rooms A and B of the Richland Public Library.

Richland historian Michele Gerber will discuss the United States and Hanford in the 1940s, and the floor will be open for others to share their stories.

The event is organized by Hanford Challenge with money from the New Mexico Community Foundation's Community Involvement Fund and a Washington State Public Participation Grant.
