New Toastmasters group to meet in Richland

A new Toastmasters group has formed in Richland. The Great Valley Toastmasters will hold a ceremony to mark the club becoming part of Toastmasters International at 5 p.m. Tuesday at Adventures Underground in Richland.

Officers for the group also will be installed that day. They are: Christian Padilla of Yakima, president; Arturo Mata of Benton City, vice president of education; Joseph Beltrun of Pasco, vice president of public relations; Oscur Zamora of Pasco, vice president of membership; Ryan Blaid of Echo, secretary; Guixin Jim of Pasco, treasurer; and Emmanuel Lomeli of College Place, sergeant-at-arms.

The group will meet from 5 to 6 p.m. Tuesdays at Adventures Underground, 1391 George Washington Way, Richland.
