Kennewick General Hospital’s Step into Wellness event is Saturday at the Columbia Center mall.

It starts at 8 a.m. with a two-mile run-walk around the mall perimeter. Finishers will get a free Dutch Bros. beverage.

A 50-foot inflatable human body will open to the general public at 10 a.m. The Mega Body has 25 stations with visual and descriptive tools educating about the human body, a news release said.

Judy Folk, a KGH registered nurse and author, will read and sign copies of her children’s book Happy Go Lucky at 9, 9:45 and 10:30 a.m. at Barnes & Noble.

The wellness event also will include drawings, with prizes including a spa day, a one-year family membership to the Tri-City Court Club and a $500 Simon gift card, the news release said. People who participate in the Coffee Run will receive two entries: those who go through the Mega Body will receive one entry and “a non-perishable food donation for Second Harvest will give eligible participants one additional entry for a total of four possible entries into their choice of the three drawings,” the news release said.

To register in advance for the Coffee Run, go to www.kennewickgeneral.com/kgh-coffee-run. On-site registration starts at 7 a.m. the day of the run.
