Pooch Plunge helps pay for Tri-City dog parks

September 8, 2013

— Patton, a 3-year-old shorthair mix owned by Tom Sassmann of Richland, splashes through the kiddie wading pool Sunday at Howard Amon Park in Richland. The Tri-City Dog Park Society's annual Pooch Plunge is an event to raise money for the society's goal to have three dog parks in the Tri-Cities, and to promote, establish and maintain off-leash dog parks in the Tri-Cities.
