Pasco man among three hurt in Adams County wreck

Tri-City HeraldSeptember 8, 2013

— A Pasco man was among three people hurt Sunday morning in a one-vehicle rollover on Highway 17 about six miles north of Othello.

Uriel H. Munguia, 45, of Pasco, was driving a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt four-door north on the highway about 6:24 a.m. when he entered a curve to the right, crossed the center line and overcorrected, the Washington State Patrol reported. The vehicle rolled, landing on its wheels.

Munguia was taken to Othello Community Hospital, along with passengers Antonio D. Nava Lopez, 23, and Francisco J. Juarez Mendez, 31, both of Federal Way, the patrol said.

Drugs and alcohol weren’t factors in the wreck, the patrol said. All three people were buckled up.
