Tri-City HeraldAugust 30, 2013

— A 65-year-old Kennewick man was jailed Thursday after he was found partially naked in a park bathroom near Kennewick High School and the public library.

A park employee flagged down a police officer Thursday after seeing Gregory P. Schwartz go into the restroom at Keewaydin Park, Sgt. Ken Lattin said.

Schwartz reportedly had been caught naked in the bathroom on Tuesday.

On Thursday, the officer found Schwartz partially undressed, Lattin said in a news release.

Schwartz allegedly had been going into the park bathroom before and after school and watching people in the park. Lattin said.

Schwartz was arrested and booked into the Benton County jail on suspicion of indecent exposure. He was banned from going to Kennewick parks.
