Man wanted in connection with Kennewick residential burglaries

A 47-year-old man is wanted by police in Franklin County on charges of failure to appear and comply and by Kennewick police in connection with a series of residential burglaries between May and July 2013. James Earl Boggan is described as 6-foot-1, weighing 180 pounds. He has a scar on his right ankle, both thighs and upper left arm.

He has recently been seen in Tacoma where he has family.
