— Multiple charges have been filed against five Hermiston people after police found guns, methamphetamine and a stolen SUV during the search of a house, according to Hermiston police.

The house, located on the 1700 block of NE Second St., was being used to dismantle the stolen vehicle, said Chief Jason Edmiston. Police searched the property Sunday night.

Justin K. Burnside, 31, Kelsea K. Rodriguez, 23, and Dale R. Burnside, 53, were charged with possession of methamphetamine, Edmiston said. Dale Burnside, along with Terrance W. Seibel, 42, was also charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.

Jeremiah I. Ayers, 23, who was already in custody, was charged with unlawful use of a motor vehicle and first-degree criminal mischief, Edmiston said. Ayers was arrested last month after allegedly leading police on a short chase in a stolen car.
