Dust Devils rained out Sunday

By the Tri-City HeraldAugust 25, 2013

The Northwest League game between the Tri-City Dust Devils and the Everett AquaSox in Pasco was postponed because of heavy storm activity. It was the first time a home game was rained out since the Dust Devils arrived in Tri-City in 2001.

The game will be played today as part of a twi-night doubleheader beginning at 5 p.m. at Gesa Stadium. Both games are scheduled for seven innings.

Fans with tickets for Sunday’s game can redeem them for any of the Dust Devils’ five remaining home games in 2013 or any home game in 2014.

Tri-City (12-18 second half, 31-37 overall) is four games behind first place Everett (16-14, 39-29) in the North Division with eight left in the regular season.
