Cross-Galvez wedding

August 17, 2013 

Sarah Cross of Richland and Euclides Galvez of Tacuaras, Neembucu, Paraguay, were married June 29 at the Big Pine Clubhouse in Manson. Eliza Gilmore officiated.

Her parents are Cindy and Paul Cross of Richland. His parents are Luisa Acosta and Benigno Galvez, both of Tacuaras, Neembucu, Paraguay.

Honor attendants were Laura Cross and Mike Reiter. Other attendants were Mary Pilch, Kasey Vargo, Nathan Cross and Tishra Beeson.

The bride is a graduate of Manson High School and Washington State University with a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience. She was in the Peace Corp. from 2010-12, stationed in Tacuaras, Paraguay, where she met Euclides. She is a student starting a physician assistant program at Emory University in Atlanta.

The groom is a graduate of Mcal. Francisco S. Lopez High School in Tacuaras, Paraguay, and the Universidad National de Pilar, Paraguay where he studied farm management. He is a construction worker.

They live in Atlanta.
