Letter: Martin Luthr King's warning about ignorance worth heeding

We are fortunate for brave people such as Ivar Husa and Kirsten Crippen (Letters, Aug. 14) who speak out with objectivity and facts regarding welfare and Trayvon Martin.

It is true that "Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity." -- Martin Luther King Jr.
