Woman injured in Richland crash

— A 34-year-old woman was hospitalized after a crash late Wednesday night in Richland, according to the Washington State Patrol.

A Nissan Maxima driven by Sylvestre Acuna Larios, 25, of Yakima, reportedly ran a traffic light on Aaron Drive and collided with a Mazda, state patrol said. Larios had four passengers in his car, including two juveniles.

One of the passengers, Gabriela Valenzuela, of Yakima, was taken to a local hospital. Her condition was not immediately available.

The driver of the Mazda, Alec L. Nakonieczny, of Richland, was not injured, state patrol said.
