State Senator: Brown

August 4, 2013

Fellow Voters, Sharon Brown has had great success representing the 8th Legislative District (Kennewick, Richland and West Richland). She was appointed to fill Jerome Delvin's seat in January, and yet she has already proved to be especially effective working across the aisle to make positive changes.

Sharon has already sponsored numerous bills signed by the governor. Her bills will streamline many of the complex government regulations that we face and make it easier for our business to operate.

Sharon has also promoted legislation to help reduce the cost of power and to consider hydroelectricity as a renewable power source.

Sharon has also done an outstanding job of educating her fellow legislators about the importance of the Tri-Cities to the state of Washington. It is important for all of us that she continue to represent us in the state Senate.
