Vonda and Mike Prindiville anniversary

Vonda and Mike Prindiville of Richland will celebrate their 55th wedding anniversary Aug. 24 with a family party.

They were married Aug. 2, 1958, at St. Joseph’s Church in Williston, N.D. They moved to the Mid-Columbia in 1968.

Vonda worked full time in the medical field, including being a dental assistant at the Richland Dental Center, while raising her children.

Mike worked for the railroad in Williston, N.D., before moving to the Tri-Cities. After moving here, he worked for J. A. Jones as a contract administrator. He continued his career in contracts at Hanford until his retirement in 2004 from Fluor.

Mike is a member of the Knights of Columbus, and they both are members of Christ the King Church in Richland.

They have five children, Carrie D’Andrea (Ron) of Rocklin, Calif.; Mary Prindiville of Albany, Ore.; Laurie Noles of Richland; Michele Anderson (John) of Minnewaukan, N.D.; and Greg Prindiville (Kerry) of Richland.

They have 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
