Election letter: State Senate -- Sharon Brown

August 2, 2013

I have been all over the world, and there's no place like home. Especially when home is the Tri-Cities.

I recently moved back home with my husband to start a family and build our life together here. This community has grown tremendously since I left in 2002, and I'm excited about the opportunities and quality of life that are available here.

I've done my research on the candidates for state senate. I am confident that Sen. Sharon Brown is the kind of leader this community needs to help businesses thrive, enrich our children's education (especially in STEM), stand up for energy conservation and maintain the state budget.

Sharon's work in the Legislature this year and in the years to come, will help the Tri-Cities become the kind of place that makes your kids want to move home, too.

I voted for Sharon Brown with full confidence, and I urge you to do the same.
