Port of Benton to meet today about contract

By The Tri-City HeraldJuly 31, 2013

The Port of Benton Commission plans a special meeting at 9 a.m. today at port offices, 3100 George Washington Way, Richland.

Commissioners will consider approving the construction contract for the demolition of property at 3250 Port of Benton Boulevard.

The demolition is part of remodeling the Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) building the port bought last year to serve as offices for the port and as incubator space for up to eight small businesses.
