Update: Moses Lake man killed during head-on collision

Tri-City HeraldJuly 19, 2013

— Alcohol or drugs were a factor in a two-car collision Thursday that left a Moses Lake man dead, according to the Washington State Patrol.

David Castiglia, 40, died after his Dodge Dart collided head on with Ron Mitchell Kincade’s Chevy Blazer on Highway 28 near Quincy, the state patrol said.

Kinkade, 32, crossed into Castiglia’s lane around 6:05 p.m. and collided with his car, the state patrol said. It is unclear if Kinkade was under the influence.

Kinkade was airlifted to Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee and his condition was not immediately available.

Both men were wearing their set belts, the state patrol said. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
