Dust Devils' offense goes quiet in loss to Spokane

The Tri-City Dust Devils mustered just two hits in a 2-1 loss to the Spokane Indians on Tuesday night at Avista Stadium.

Ashley Graeter brought home the Dust Devils’ only run with a solo home run — his first of the season — in the top of the seventh inning.

The Dust Devils received a solid start from Logan Norris in his professional debut. The Louisiana State University-Shreveport product made it into the sixth inning, but suffered the loss after allowing two runs off five hits.

The three-game series with the Indians concludes today with the rubber match. Johendi Jiminian will get the start for Tri-City. Kelvin Vazquez will counter for the Indians.

The Dust Devils return home for a five-game series with the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes beginning Thursday night.
