Tri-City Football Camp features top area prep players, teams

The Tri-City Team Football Camp runs this week at Hanford High School.

The camp includes high school teams from Chiawana, Hanford, Kamiakin, Kennewick, Grandview, Kiona-Benton, Connell, Wahluke, Tri-Cities Prep, Waitsburg-Prescott, Grant Union, Weston McEwen and Stanfield.

There are approximately 750 athletes that are participating in the camp.

Scrimmages today through Thursday are at Hanford High School from 6-8 p.m.

The final Friday scrimmages are at Lampson Stadium, beginning at 2:30 p.m. and running until 8:30 p.m.

Here is the schedule:

2:30 p.m. — Hanford freshman vs. Kennewick freshmen (Lampson west); Chiawana freshmen vs. Kamiakin freshmen (Lampson east).

3:30 p.m. — Hanford JV vs. Kennewick JV (west); Chiawana JV vs. Kamiakin JV (east).

4:30 p.m. — Ki-Be JV vs. Wahluke JV (west); Connell JV vs. Grandview JV (east).

5:30 p.m. — Tri-Cities Prep varsity vs. Weston-McEwen varsity (west); Grant Union varsity vs. Waitsburg-Prescott varsity (east).

6:30 p.m. — Ki-Be varsity vs. Wahluke varsity (west); Connell varsity vs. Grandview varsity (east).

7:30 p.m. — Hanford varsity vs. Kennewick varsity (west); Chiawana varsity vs. Kamiakin varsity (east).
