Letter: Service department goes to extra lengths to help customer

I had a fantastic experience in the service department at Overturf Motors, thanks to a gentleman named Justin. He saw that I had my son with me and waited for him to be put in his car seat, walked me to my car, took my drink and put it in the cup holder, opened the door for me to put my son in the car, then opened my car door for me too.

That is what I call great service! Instead of letting me sign my papers and walk out myself juggling all of my things, he went above and beyond!

The world needs more polite people like him!
