The soulful sounds of Tri-City Celtic band Skweez the Weezle will open this summer's Concerts in the Park, which alternate each week from the riverside parks in Boardman and Irrigon.

The Skweez the Weezle concert starts at 7 p.m. June 17 at Marina Park in Boardman. Admission is free. The weekly concerts are always on Monday evenings.

“We want people to come, relax and enjoy the beautiful setting along the Columbia River at the Boardman Marina Park and the Irrigon Marina Park,” said Tami Sherer, a spokeswoman for the event.
