Walla Walla teen injured in rollover

— A Walla Walla teenager was taken to the hospital Saturday after the car he was riding in rolled into a median, according to Washington State Patrol.

Andriy Berdnikov, 46, of Walla Walla, was driving west on Highway 12 in Walla Walla County when he drove off the road and overcorrected, causing his car to roll, according to WSP.

His 16-year-old passenger was taken to Lourdes Medical Center in Pasco following the rollover. The teen's condition was not immediately available.

Troopers did not release the teen's name.

Berdnikov was not injured in the wreck, according to WSP. Both the teen and Berdnikov we were wearing seat belts
