Thankful Thursday: Tri-City auto dealer provided excellent service

May 23, 2013

We recently purchased a used diesel truck for our fifth wheel from Desert Buick. We got an excellent trade in for our old truck. We found a couple of things wrong (minor) with the new truck and our sales person, Doug, said no problem, he'd take care of it.

After a test drive, we discovered a vibration. It was deemed to be the tires. Desert Buick's first offer to us was a great price, new tires and to fix the minor items. This whole transaction took one hour!

If the tires did not solve the problem, they would fix whatever it was causing the vibration. Tires did not fix the problem, and the dealership asked us to bring it in so it could be fixed. We did not have to ask twice. It was the wheel hub, which is not a minor issue.

Desert Buick totally took care of it, and the truck is perfect now. The service was something neither of us have experienced before when buying a vehicle. We will be back!
