Wheat field day to be June 5 in Hermiston

HERMISTON -- Oregon State University's Hermiston Agricultural Research and Extension Center is holding a wheat field day.

The event will begin at 2:30 p.m. June 5 with registration and refreshments.

There will be presentations on soil-borne wheat mosaic virus, wheat stripe rust, weed control, instinct and sulfur use, nitrogen use and more.

The event will be held at the center, 2121 S. First St.
