Two injured drivers in Richland suspected of DUI

— Injured drivers in both cars involved in a Saturday night collision in Richland were arrested on suspicion of drinking and driving, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Nita McLain, 37, of Richland, was driving a Honda Accord north on Highway 240 at a high speed at 10:35 p.m., according to police reports. A Toyota Camry also was being driven north on the highway by John Snedden, 59, of Pasco.

McLain hit the back of Snedden’s car, according to police reports.

Both drivers were taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland and released after treatment, according to police reports.
