STARBUCK -- Little Goose Dam will be closed to traffic across the top of the dam Wednesday through July 13.

Crews are replacing the intake gantry crane. A new 130-ton-capacity crane must be assembled and then the old 100-ton-capacity crane taken apart and removed.

The Army Corps of Engineers awarded a $5 million contract to COH Inc. of Boisbriand, Quebec, for the work.
