Kamiakin High invites community to party

KENNEWICK -- Kamiakin High School in Kennewick is holding a Community Block Party.

The event will run from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday. There will be a bounce house, henna tattoos and car show.

The party also will feature a taco truck and ice cream.

Live music will begin at 7 p.m.

The purpose of the event is to bring the community and Kamiakin campus together in a fun, carnival setting, according to a news release from the school district.

The high school is at 600 N. Arthur St.
