By the Tri-City HeraldMay 11, 2013

PASCO -- The Pasco Police Department will be cracking down on illegally tinted windows starting May 20.

The department has seen an increase in illegally tinted windows in recent months and will be more strictly enforcing window laws to ensure officer and pedestrian safety, said Pasco Communication Specialist Jon Funfar.

Drivers with illegally tinted windows will be stopped and cited.

Residents wanting to check the legality of their tinted windows can call Pasco police at 545-3421 to set an appointment.
