— The Pasco Police Department will be cracking down on illegally tinted windows starting May 20.

The department has seen an increase in illegally tinted windows in recent months and will be enforcing window laws more strictly to ensure officer and pedestrian safety, said Pasco Communication Specialist Jon Funfar. Drivers with illegally tinted windows will be stopped and given a citation

If residents want to check the legality of their tinted windows they can call Pasco police at 509-545-3421 to set up an appointment.
