Fast Focus: What would you like to see in a Tri-Cities aquatics center? Indoor/outdoor swimming

My opinion regarding a water park of any kind would be twofold.

No. 1: It must have a portion of the center indoors. That way revenue can be generated year round. Let's take a look at a bigger city Portland, Ore. They have an indoor park or two indoors so you can use it in any kind of weather.

No. 2: Part of this center should involve outdoors to take advantage of our sunshine.

Also, absolutely no children in diapers and be strict on the rules of the pools.
