Micmacs, a French comedy that's rated R, will be shown at 8 p.m. May 3 in the Battelle Auditorium, on Battelle Boulevard off George Washington Way in Richland. Admission is $4 for adults and $2 for students.

The film is about an avid movie watcher and video store clerk whose life is severely altered after a stray bullet from a nearby shoot-out penetrates his skull but doesn't kill him.
