Basketball: NBA's Thomas, Robinson coming to Kennewick

NBA players will be coming to Kennewick this summer as part of two basketball camps with Elite Youth Camps at the Southridge Sports and Events Complex Pavilion in Kennewick, Kennewick Parks and Recreation announced Wednesday.

Isaiah Thomas, who plays for the Sacramento Kings, will hold a skills camp from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 7-9. The fee is $175 before May 16, and includes a t-shirt and a signed photo.

Nate Robinson, who plays for the Chicago Bulls, will hold a training with the stars camp Aug. 15-17. Camp is for ages 11 to 13 from 9 a.m. to noon and for ages 14 to 18 from 1-4 p.m. The fee is $200 before July 24, and includes a t-shirt and a photo. Participants need two years playing experience to attend this camp.
