NWAACC golf: The Columbia Basin and Walla Walla tied for third at the final event of the regular season, though the two-day event at Prospector Golf Course at Suncadia in Roslyn turned into single-round affair after Monday’s play was halted by snow.

Former Richland standout Hope Neidhold shot an 84 to pace CBC, while Kelsy Bigness topped WWCC with an 87.

On the men’s side, Walla Walla’s Mike Ciez shot 1-under 71, four strokes off pace set by Spokane’s Cooper Wright.
