Letter: Gory protests

April 29, 2013

I was appalled recently driving up Columbia Center Boulevard. There were people protesting abortion with the most morbid pictures on their signboards.

I don’t mind the protest and believe they have every right to display their message, but there are children in the cars that are driving by. Is there no rule regarding the gruesome display of photographs in public? I don’t think that children need to be exposed to that sort of pictorial horror. Linda Jo McGlothern, Kennewick
