Richland Library book sale begins Friday

The nonprofit Friends of the Richland Library is holding a book sale Friday and Saturday to benefit library programs.

The sale is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days at the library, 955 Northgate Drive.

Hardbacks are $1, pocket paperbacks and children's books are 25 cents and specialty books are as priced, a news release said. On Saturday, bags of books will go for $3 each.

A preview sale for members is 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday. People can become members that day for $10 per person or $15 for a family.
