A 13-year-old boy and a 27-year-old man were hit by a small sedan Wednesday night near Thayer Drive in Richland as they crossed the street.

Both pedestrians were crossing as the driver had a green light and police found the pedestrians were at fault, according to a Richland police release. Neither the teen or the man, who police said was intoxicated, were injured.
