Pasco alumni challenged to raise scholarship funds

The Pasco Education Foundation is seeking $55,000 in donations to fulfill $1,000 scholarship requests from this year's graduating seniors.

The foundation is challenging each past graduating class to see which can raise the most money before the end of the month.

The Class of 1970 has donated $6,250 so far. If each graduating class from Pasco and Chiawana high schools donates $2,000, it will be able to meet all scholarship requests.
