Nonprofit offers class on solar power systems

Solarize Mid-Columbia, a nonprofit program that aims to simplify the process of purchasing a solar power system, will offer three informational workshops.

The first workshop is from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday in the Franklin PUD auditorium, 1411 W. Clark St., Pasco.

The second workshop is from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. May 4 at the Kennewick Library, 1620 S. Union St., Kennewick.

The third workshop is from 7 to 8:30 p.m. May 6 at Divine Fellowship, 513 Barth Ave., Richland.
