Four men arrested at Richland home

Tri-City HeraldApril 17, 2013

— Four men were arrested Wednesday in Richland following a traffic stop.

All four of the men had outstanding warrants and were arrested by officers after a female driver was stopped on Dallas Street, Richland police Capt. Mike Cobb said.

As officers stopped the woman, they saw 31-year-old Daniel A. Peachey, of Kennewick, standing in the front yard of a house at 2105 Dallas Street. Police discovered Peachey had a felony warrant and he was arrested without incident, Cobb said.

After police arrested Peachey, they learned three other men at the same house had warrants for their arrest.

Police arrested Frank L. Glenn, 28, of Kennewick and Dominic N. Woodward, 19, of Richland, for outstanding felony warrants. Marin J. Rivera, 31, of Pasco, who is a known Sureno 13 gang member, was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant out of Sunnyside, Cobb said.

Glenn, Woodward and Peachey were booked into the Benton County jail. Rivera was taken to the Sunnyside Police Department.

The house on Dallas Street is well known to police as a place were criminals hang out, Cobb said.
