A 34-year-old Richland mother died Saturday despite her 11-year-old son's efforts to revive her after finding her unconscious.

Alissa Kirsten Paine had a history of seizures and she died from a lack of oxygen suffered during the time she was unconscious, said Benton County Deputy Coroner Dennis Morris.

Her son found her after school and called 911, then tried to give her CPR until paramedics arrived.
