CREHST fundraiser set April 13 in Pasco

By the Herald staffApril 11, 2013

The annual Spring Swing fundraiser for the CREHST museum starts at 6:15 p.m. April 13 at the Red Lion Hotel in Pasco.

The theme for the event is the swingin' 1930s, when radio was king and Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire were all the rage in films.

Period clothing, including glamorous gowns and tuxedos, are encouraged but not required. The University of Idaho's Lionel Hampton School of Music's Jazz Band will provide the music for dancing.

Cost is $70 and reservations are encouraged. Admission includes dinner, no-host bar, dancing and silent auction. For tickets, call 943-9000.
