Roundup: Hanford softball tops Hermiston

Hanford 2, Hermiston 1: Kayla De La Paz went 2-for-3 and drove in both runs for the Falcons in a nonleague road win over the Bulldogs on Tuesday.

Kadi Patterson struck out seven for Hanford (3-5), while Jessica Rush went 3-for-3 with a stolen base.

Paige Long struck out seven to lead Hermiston.

Rodriguez struck out 11 and walked two in her turn in the circle. She also hit a grand slam in the second game.
