Kamiakin 3, Walla Walla 2 (SO): Jose Maya tied the score in the 76th minute with his second goal of the game, but the Blue Devils couldn’t get past Braves goalie Riley Shulman in the shootout at Lampson Stadium on Tuesday.

Shulman stopped all three of the Blue Devils’ shots, and Kolten Brockman, Caleb Vogel and Ty Wallin scored to lead the Braves to a Mid-Columbia Conference victory.

“Our keeper did a great job defending the goal, so we were pleased with the shootout,” Kamiakin coach Jeff Bennett said. “Walla Walla definitely had us on our heels at the end.
