LDS conference to be broadcast April 6-7

The 183rd annual General Conference of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will be in the Conference Center in Salt Lake City on April 6-7.

The conference sessions will be broadcast in the Tri-Cities at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. each day on Charter cable channel 13 in Pasco, Kennewick, West Richland and Benton City; on channel 99 in Richland; on channel 3 in Walla Walla, and on channel 167 in Prosser. It also will be broadcast on DirecTV BYU-TV channel 374 and Dish Network BYU-TV channel 9403. The meetings also can be viewed on the internet at www.Conference.lds.org and Facebook.com/LDS.

Tri-City stake centers also will broadcast all the sessions, including the priesthood session from 5 to 7 p.m. April 6.

The General Young Women's meeting is today at 5 p.m., also at the stake centers, at www.lds.org and on BYU-TV.

Thomas S. Monson, president of the church, will preside over the conference and speakers including the first presidency and other general authorities of the church.
