Softball: Hall drives in run for PLU in loss

March 27, 2013

UT-Tyler 4-7, Pacific Lutheran 3-1: It was a rough Wednesday for a pair of Kennewick natives.

Kennewick High graduate Amanda Hall was 1-for-6 with a run scored in a pair of nonconference losses for the Lutes (15-9), who were wrapping up a three-day, six-game Texas road trip. Southridge grad Katie Lowery was 0-for-5 in the doubleheader.

On Tuesday, they fared much better. Hall was 4-for-8 with a run and an RBI, and Lowery was 3-for-9 with two runs scored in a sweep of East Texas Baptist.
