Make a blanket today at Richland library

Project Linus' annual Make A Blanket Day is today.

From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the club will be making blankets at the public library, 955 Northgate Drive, Richland. The event is for quilters, knitters/crocheters, and thosewho like to tie blankets.

Participants are asked to bring their own supplies and, if necessary, a sack lunch.

There will be free demonstrations of new patterns. Door prizes will be awarded.
