YAKIMA -- Comedian Ernie G provides the laughs for a fundraiser March 22 at the Seasons Performance Hall, 101 N. Naches, Ave., Yakima.

Ernie G is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University and holds degrees in psychology and Chicano studies. But it's his humor that has made him one of the most popular Latino comics today, having appeared MTV, Comedy Central's Make Me Laugh and the Galavision's comedy show Que Locos.

But besides being a clean comic, Ernie is a well-known inspirational speaker and was honored in Los Angeles with the Mario Moreno Cantinflas Award for representing the Latino community with humor and using his influence to help people in need.
