Reported stolen SUV crashes through concrete wall in Kennewick

Kennewick police officer Brian Zinsli investigates a one-car collision early Wednesday in the parking lot of Tri-City and Olympia Railroad Company at 10 N. Washington St. in Kennewick. An employee arriving at the business discovered the wrecked Ford Escape but no one around it. "The engine is cold to the touch so it happened sometime overnight," said Zinsli.
